About Jahn Group
Jahn Group is a close-knit accounting and taxation business that focusses on the start to the finish of accounting work. Some key services we provide include accounting and taxation, bookkeeping, self-managed super funds, business advice and taxation planning.
Originally known as Jahn Financial and Accounting, it was founded by Harold Jahn in 1988 and resided in Duncraig. Harold would provide tax and accounting services to local businesses and individuals and developed a great network in the area.
As business grew
Jahn Financial moved to Rivervale and joined an Accounting Alliance and in 2009 Chris Jahn (Harold’s son) joined the business to assist with the client work.
In that same year Harold announced his retirement and Chris took over ownership of the business. As the new Managing Director, Chris continued to service clients while Harold worked in the background with some clients.
Finally, in September 2020 Chris moved the business to Osborne Park. With a fresh start in new large office he has been able to take on several staff and had the opportunity to rename the business to Jahn Group Accounting and Taxation Services.
Outside of the business
Jahn Group has been involved in a local club Mounts Bay Sailing Club and helped the nationals as a corporate sponsor. It really excites Chris to be involved in the local community to help people do what they love.
